Steele House Kitchen & Bar, located in Stow, Ohio, is a nod to family, flavor, and local roots.

Cousins Todd Mazzola and Josh Speas - owners of Steele House, also own Darby’s on 59 in Cuyahoga Falls.

Before Steele House, Todd’s father and Josh’s uncle, Dan Mazzola, had been in business at this location since 1998 — first with Grinders Above & Beyond and later with Rockne’s.

We both worked for Dan for well over a decade before branching out to owning our own restaurant, Darby’s on 59 in 2015. Known for its eclectic, from-scratch American cuisine, Darby’s quickly became a local hub, offering everything from crispy calamari and filet mignon sliders to mouth-watering desserts. After more than a decade working on our craft at Darby’s, we saw an opportunity to expand our passion for community-driven dining to a larger stage while staying true to the values that make Darby’s special.
